Privacy Policy
BelongwithLabs ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who plays KAESHI: Shizuka Idle (the "Game") and follows the applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
This policy explains what the Game collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.

1. Information we collect and why

We do not collect your name, phone number, postal address or payment card information.
Payments and card details are handled by Google Play and the App Store.
The Game does not use location, contacts, your photo library (except images you attach to a support request yourself), the microphone or the camera.
2. Information other players can see
In the arena, leagues, rankings and samurai bands, other players may see game records such as your nickname, portrait, level, power, equipped gear and companions.
Your account ID, device information and payment information are never shown to other players.
3. Analytics, ad measurement and rewarded ads
We use Google's Firebase Analytics to improve the service and measure ad performance.
We do not send your nickname, account ID, contact details or payment method.
Analytics data is used by Google Ads to count what players do after installing from an ad.
On Android, rewarded ads are shown through Google AdMob only when you tap a watch ad button yourself. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it first.
On iOS we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not ask for tracking permission.
Turn off Settings > Account > "Send usage statistics" in the Game to stop sending analytics data. You can delete or reset the Android advertising ID in your device settings.
4. How long we keep information
- Game account and records: until you delete the account. They are deleted immediately when you do.
- An account set aside after you switch to another linked account: deleted after 30 days.
- Duel records: no longer used as opponents 30 days after the last save, deleted after 60 days.
- Purchase records: 5 years, as required by Korean consumer protection law.
- Support requests: 1 year after we answer, or earlier if you delete your account.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or hand over personal information, except when required by law.
We use the service providers below to run the Game, and some data is stored outside Korea.

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
If you do not want your data stored outside Korea, delete your account or contact us.
6. Deleting your account and your rights
You can delete your account in the Game at Settings > Account > "Delete account".
If you cannot open the Game, email support@belongwithlabs.com with your account ID or the email of your linked account. After confirming it is you, we delete the account and tell you the result.
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop its processing.
We handle requests without delay after confirming your identity.
7. Children
Children under 14 need consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game.
If we learn that we collected information from a child under 14 without that consent, we delete it right away.

9. Internal tool: KAESHI Ops
KAESHI Ops is an internal tool used only by our staff. It reads reports (ad performance and conversion settings) from our own Google Ads account through the Google Ads API.
It signs in only with our staff's Google accounts and never asks players for access to their Google accounts.
Ad account data read by the tool is used only to run our own advertising, and is never sold or passed to others.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we announce it in the Game and on this page 7 days before it takes effect.
Changes that are unfavorable to players are announced 30 days in advance.
